The medical report leaked in the Strauss Kahn investigation

Strauss KahnMedical examination conducted on Nafissatou Diallo, a few hours after she was allegedly assaulted by Dominique Strauss-Kahn, on 14 May in New York, concludes that she was raped, L’Express magazine announced in the Tuesday edition , citing a report of a New York hospital.

“Diagnosis: aggression. Injuries cause: assault, rape”, reads this document, which notes that Diallo arrived with an ambulance, accompanied by a policeman, at the emergency unit of the Hospital St. Luke’s Roosevelt in Manhattan, at 15:59 local time.

The former director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), who always said that he is not guilty, is the subject of seven counts, including attempted rape, sexual assault and kidnapping, risking many years in prison.

The author of the report notes that Diallo had tears in the eyes when she reported the assault that would have taken place three hours earlier at a Sofitel hotel room in New York.

“The naked man with white hair closes the door and pulled her on the bed”, notes the doctor in his report, citing a statement by Diallo.

The aggression continues, then, in the back of the corridor, according to L’Express.

The man breaks her panties and take her from the “the outer vaginal area”, “tamp down his cock deep into her mouth, grabbing her hair” according to details in the report.

Last page of the document includes an outline of the victim’s vaginal area, according to L’Express.

In this drawing, the bottom of the patient’s vagina is shaded with a pencil to mark the location of trauma, and the document says “on the red range”.
In addition, her “left shoulder hurts, but, she says, much less than in the early afternoon”, said the medical report. Kenneth Thompson, Diallo’s lawyer, said in July that she had suffered a ligament tear in the shoulder.

Arrested on 14 May, Dominique Strauss-Kahn was released on July 1, after contradictions and lies under oath in testimony of Diallo emerged.

But the passport was still not returned to him and he can not leave American territory. The next term in New York court is August 23.

Diallo started also civil proceedings against the former director of the IMF.
