American actor Leonardo DiCaprio ranks first in this year’s ranking of the “Forbes” magazine of the best-paid actors. From May last year to May this year, he made 77 million dollars.

The largest income was for his roles in the thrillers “Shutter Island” directed by Martin Scorsese, and “Inception”, which recorded a revenue of over $1 billion. Soon, a new movie directed by Clint Eastwood “Hoover” will come on the big screen, in which DiCaprio plays the legendary FBI chief, J. Edgar Hoover. In addition, the actor was cast in the main role of the movie “The Great Gatsby”, after a novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald, that will be directed by Baz Luhrmann. Filming should begin in August.

Ranked second in the “Forbes” top, with revenues of $50 million, is Johnny Depp, who continues to make money for his role in “Pirates of the Caribbean”.
